Ara Mina didn't like the offer of GMA-7 to her, because will be acting as a mother in the story. That's why she accept ABS-CBN offers. She stated
"Inaamin kong hindi ko nagustuhan yung offer nilang [GMA-7] gumanap na akong mother kay JC de Vera. Alam kong darating din ako sa mother roles, pero huwag nilang madaliin dahil wala pa akong treinta anyos para gumanap na nanay ng isang teenager, o ng isang nasa early twenties na niya, gaya ni JC."The young filipina actress agreed decision still ok to Kapuso Network. Also Ara Mina has no exclusive contract to GMA network and ABS-CBN that's why she can freely guest from other Networks.
