Sexy Pinay Scarlet Garcia was murdered inside her townhouse together with her companions: live-in partner George Castro Jr., her cousin Rachelle Estacio and her cousin’s boyfriend Van Mark Mandehas. This happened around 3:00 in the morning last March 13, 2008. Their townhouse was burned by culprits just to hid the murder done, still the it was found out by firemen.
Authorities continue investigating to find clues for this case.
